Return and Refund Policy

All returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product(s). All items must be unused. Please state the reason for the return. In order to initiate a return, please contact us via email at refund@3dsessentials.com or contact customer service at (872) 333-5033 and we will send instructions on how to return your product(s). All refunds will be processed within 24 hours upon us receiving the product(s). Funds will take about 5 days to return back into your account from your original payment method.
